employers (like school boards) are only required to
negotiate with employee organizations (like SHEA) if
their membership meets or exceeds 50%. Currently,
SHEA is 55% strong. We need YOUR MEMBERSHIP and
involvement to continue influencing decisions that
affect your livelihood and profession!!!
